All science requires Mathematics. The knowledge of mathematical things is almost innate in us... This is the easiest of sciences, a fact which is obvious in that no one's brain rejects it; for laymen and people who are utterly illiterate know how to count and reckon. - Roger Bacon

The Institute runs 8-10 conferences most years. These are specialist meetings where new research is presented and discussed. Conference proceedings are available for some conferences. For a complete list of conference proceedings published on or on behalf of the Institute and help for authors producing a conference paper in LaTeX or Word please click here. The Institute also runs occasional one-day meetings and workshops, and is a co-sponsor for meetings hosted by other bodies. Sometimes the Institute receives details of external conferences which may be of interest to members.
