Please read information below for details on the requirements, how to apply, and further information for the Student grade.

Requirements
There are no formal requirements.  Affiliates are persons who have an interest in mathematics and its applications and who wish to participate in the activities of the Institute but who are not engaged professionally in mathematics or its applications.

How to Apply
Applications must be made using an Institute application form (Word) (Pdf) and must be signed.  The signature constitutes a contract to abide by the rules of the Institute. A properly completed application will not be processed until the appropriate fees are received.  See the separate sheet for the current fees.

Applications for Affiliate may be accepted by the Secretariat on behalf of the Membership Committee.
