Please note that there has been a slight increase to the previously advertised conference fees.

Non IMA Member: £ 425.00
Student £ 120.00
RMAS Staff: £ 305.00

Early Bird Fees* will be available until 23 March 2012, after which the fees will be:
IMA Member: £ 325.00
Non IMA Member: £ 445.00
Student £ 140.00
RMAS Staff: £ 325.00 

All Conference fees include refreshments and lunches throughout the conference, room hire and wine reception on evening of 23 April.

Please be advised that due to the location of the conference, names on the delegate list will be reviewed by the RMAS Security Office. Although this is routine for a secure establishment we will, of course, be bound by any decision made.

Residential Fee ‐ £95 (includes single en‐suite bed & breakfast accommodation in the Slim Mess for the nights of 23 and 24 April 2012 and the conference dinner on the evening of the 24 April).
Please note that we have a total of 40 rooms reserved for the nights of the conference; the rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
