All Conference Fees include refreshments and lunches throughout the conference, a wine reception on the evening of 25 March, and a conference dinner at the Hotel Russell on the evening of 26 March.

Please note that Early Bird Fees must have been paid by Monday 25 February otherwise the higher price will be implemented.
