Information for Speakers

All lecture theatres will include lighting and sound controls, a data projector, an over-head projector, and microphone.

All talks must be uploaded to the main UCL server by the morning of each conference day.  However it is preferable that all talks are emailed to Arren Ariel ( a.ariel@ucl.ac.uk ) well in advance or handed to Arren Ariel at the Registration Desk on the morning of 30 June.

UCL computers support all Windows software and as such it will be presumed that all talks given will either be in the PowerPoint or Adobe PDF format.  If you have any alternate software requirements please contact Arren Ariel at the Registration Desk or on a.ariel@ucl.ac.uk or +44 (0)20 7209 4772 before the start of the conference.
