Sponsorship and Display

The following rates apply for companies wishing to sponsor and event at the conference or have a display area. All rates are inclusive of VAT. If you are interested in any of the packages below please contact conferences@ima.org.uk .

Conference Pack Sponsorship – £3,500.00
The sponsors logo and information will be printed on the conference bag. Up to five inserts can be put into the bag. This package also includes a display area at the conference.

Welcome Drinks Reception – Monday 30th June 2008 – £3,000.00
Will take place in the Cloisters area of UCL and will be open to all delegates. This package also includes a display area at the conference.

Display Area – £1,500.00
There are several opportunities available for a display area at the conference, which will be in the social area of the main conference (either in the Jeremy Bentham room, which will be used for tea/coffee, informal seating and poster sessions OR the North Cloisters, where tea/coffee are served). The display area can be manned with up to two company representatives. Additional representatives will be charged accordingly to cover domestic arrangements. The total area available to you will be around 2.5-3m².

Display Area and Software Demo (tbc) – £3,000.00
This is a package open to software companies who wish to demonstrate their products in a computer suite at UCL as part of the conference programme. It includes a display area.

Delegate Pack inserts – £200.00
1 x insert (up to A4), in every delegate pack.

Please note that the committee are also considering producing some accompanying marketing material to hand out at the conference – such as mugs, mousemats or stressballs. We may also decide to produce an accompanying USB drive for the conference abstracts and presentations.
