Results of the 2006 Membership Survey

Council, as part of its continuing review of its strategy for the future development of the IMA, circulated a Membership Survey to all members in May 2006. The aim was to seek the views of members to assist in the planning of services and future investment. In total, there were 252 respondents.

In order for the interpretation of the data to be expedited, average responses were calculated using a simple mean formula, modified to take into account the percentage response for each question.

Many members suggested useful initiatives for the Institute's development which will be discussed at the next Council meeting.

The IMA would like to thank all those members who volunteered to help in the various activities of the Institute.
